Suitable accommodation for vacations. Perfect trendy boutique hotel with amazingly nice and supper friendly staff at the receptionist.

Location short walk to the shores of a lake as well as forest, lake. Also, in a restaurant of a 4 star resort. Impressive room with an exceptionally comfortable bed and a beautiful bathroom. Good choice of reasonably priced food for meals.

Unattentive staff!

We had a pretty nice experience with the resort facilities, they had a proper children's play area that kept my kid occupied for hours. The pool area was definitely a hit for the whole family. The shuttle service to the city center was super convenient .

It wasn't exactly cheap, but still acceptable for what we got.

That we pointed out an extra invoice and they finally charged everything separately and we then got charged for 3 bookings on the credit card.

A decent breakfast, spacious rooms, distance from the city a certain plus, there is the opportunity to enjoy the silence and nature. There is a transfer to the city several times a day, bicycles, you can ride through the woods.

Somehow the doors were slightly shabby, the signs in the stains, the windows were not washed, expected a little more.

The view from our room was amazing, overlooking the serene lake and surrounded by lush greenery 🌲. The only downside was the breakfast selection could use some more variety. A nice stay!

Location very idyllic. Rooms were very big. Food and breakfast were good.

A lot of people at breakfast and in the evening, loud karaoke and events. Maybe we were just unlucky that the event was taking place there.

Location super, the most elite and beautiful area of Dalat, in a pine forest on the shore of a mountain lake!

Apart from reception, Staff hardly understand English

The Superior Double Room was cozy with large windows offering beautiful views of the lake. I enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere and well-maintained gardens. The breakfast provided a nice selection of tasty options, although I felt the staff could interact more to enhance the experience.

Location and grounds are off the charts.

Though the room size is commendable, the mattress felt quite firm, which may not suit everyone's preference for comfort. The lack of basic amenities like hair conditioner and the absence of a comprehensive tour package description limited the overall experience. Noise from a wedding party disrupted the peaceful atmosphere, otherwise perfect for winding down by the lake.

the room was kinda noisy at night, but the location was amazing with breathtaking views of the lake. loved the gardens full of vibrant flowers and the peaceful walks along the lakeside. breakfast had a solid variety, and the staff were friendly enough.

I enjoyed the scenic views of the lake and the lush greenery surrounding the resort.

More friendly staff interaction would enhance the experience.
